Rodney D. Ford Jr., MS, ATC, LAT received his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Missouri State University (formerly known as Southwest Missouri State University).
He then went on to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he completed a graduate assistantship in the Sports Medicine Office in the Student Health Center.
While in Carbondale he earned his master’s degree in Sports Management.
Rodney has worked with a broad array of athletes of all ages and all levels ranging from pre-high school age to professional athletes. He has worked with many Sports Medicine Physicians and Orthopedic Surgeons throughout his career.
Prior to joining the Southern Illinois Sports Medicine team he spent the last 7 years in St. Louis, MO where he worked at PRORehab Physical and Sports Therapy and was the Head Athletic Trainer at Oakville High School. |
